- 3 to 4 lb. boneless chuck or round roast of beef
- 1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place meat on foil and sprinkle soup mix on all sides.

3Wrap in foil, sealing edges airtight with double fold.

4Place in shallow baking pan.

5Bake until desired doneness, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
