  • 2 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 large diced red onion
  • 1 tsp rosemary(fresh or ground)
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb your choice pasta
  • 1 packages frozen turkey meatballs

    In large pot sweat carrot,onion &celery til soft.

    Add chicken stock bring to a slow simmer.

    Add spices.

    Taste before adding salt and pepper stock might already have enough salt

    Add pasta cook until tender.

    Add meatballs simmer until meatballs are warmed thru

    Serve with swiss grilled cheese sandwich or crispy garlic bread
