- 2 doz. stale donuts
- milk
- cinnamon
- cornstarch
- butter
- 1 doz. eggs
- sugar
- raisins
- water
- vanilla
Directions

1Break the donuts into pieces.

2Place in a buttered pan.

3Mix the eggs with enough milk to saturate the donuts.

4Add raisins, cinnamon and sugar to suit your taste.

5You can add chopped apples, if you prefer.

6Pour the liquid mixture over the donuts; the liquid will saturate the donuts.

7Set the pan inside another pan partially filled with water for a steam bath.

8Bake at 350° until knife will come out clean.

9This will probably take at least 1 hour or more for a large batch and 45 minutes for a family size serving.

10Let the pudding cool before serving.
