- 2 whole chicken breasts, boned and halved
- 1 to 2 c. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces or 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in butter
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
Directions

1Saute chicken breast fillets until lightly browned.

2Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, divide spinach in 4 equal portions and arrange a bed of spinach in small broiler-proof casseroles.

3Top each portion with a chicken fillet, 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/4 of the mushrooms and a slice of cheese.

4Broil until bubbly and browned.
