- 1 lb. pkg. frozen fillet flounder
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 40 crumbled Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Thaw flounder in oven.

2Line bottom of casserole with flounder and smooth shrimp soup on top.

3Melt margarine, adding a dash of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce to taste and pour over crackers. Put this mixture on top of soup mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
