- 3/4 lb. flounder fillet for 2 people
- 1/4 c. rye flour
- 1 tsp. chives (dried)
- 1 tsp. garlic and herb seasoning
- juice from a small lemon
Directions

1Rinse fish fillet.

2Reheat oven to 375°.

3Coat the fish fillet in the rye flour.

4Sprinkle both sides with the chives and seasoning.

5Place in a glass baking dish.

6Pour the lemon juice over the fish fillet.

7Cover with the glass lid.

8Place the dish in the heated oven for 20 minutes or until the fish falls apart while lifted with a fork.
