- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, drained
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 lb. flounder fillets
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- paprika to taste
Directions

1Combine mushrooms, onion, crab, bread crumbs and flounder; salt and pepper to taste, mixing well.

2Cut fillets into 8 pieces and spread each piece with crab meat mixture.

3Roll to enclose filling and place seam side down in a shallow baking pan.
