Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 2/3 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 stick butter melted
- 4 eggs separated
- 4 tablespoons sugar
Directions

1In a small saucepan or in the microwave, melt the butter. Set aside.

2In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.

3Slowly add the milk, melted butter and egg yolks, whisking constantly.

4Whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks, then add the sugar and whish until firm peaks form.

5Bake with preheated the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's directions.

6If, like me, you have no waffle iron but silicon pans, bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C/425°F.

7Dust some icing sugar, top with fruits, etc... and serve immediately.
