  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (1 pkg. crackers)
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
