Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 cup warm water
Directions

1In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients.

2Add olive oil and mix well.

3Gradually add the warm water to the above mixture and knead well till well combined.

4Knead for about 5 minutes and cover and set in a warm place for an hour or until double in size (I place it in a turned off microwave-perfect environment)

5Punch the dough once doubled and knead for another minute.

6Pat into a greased baking dish and roll out to a desired shape.

7Cover and let it rise again for 30-40 mins.

8Preheat oven to 190C /374F .

9Make dimples in the dough using the tip of your fingers and brush with olive oil.

10Sprinkle with salt and rosemary.

11Bake for 12 minutes or bake until golden brown.
