- 4 fresh lake trout, mackerel or other whole white fish
- 2 Tbsp. Ultra Promise
- 1/2 c. chopped dill sprigs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. chopped chives
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Clean and rinse fish; allow to drain. Sprinkle lightly with salt.

3Make stuffing:

4Mix together margarine, parsley, dill sprigs, chives, onion and lemon juice. Stuff and wrap each fish separately in aluminum foil, sealing the edges carefully.

5Bake 20 minutes.

6Unwrap; remove to hot platter. Garnish with parsley and lemon juice or slices.
