Foil Grilled Yellowtail

Ingredients
- 2 fillets wakashi (young yellowtail)
- 1/3 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Directions

1Prepare a piece of aluminium foil large enough to wrap the fish.

2Slice the onion and garlic, break up the shimeji mushrooms.

3Spread the olive oil on the foil and place the fish seasoned with salt and pepper both sides.

4Put the sliced onion, shimeji mushrooms and sliced garlic on the top of fish.

5Add a tsp of lemon juice and a half tsp of soy sauce.

6Wrap the foil around the fish.

7Put in a frying pan.

8With the lid on, cook for about 15 min on a low heat.

9Check if the fish is cooked or not.

10If it's done, serve and enjoy!
