  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/3 cup sliced pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Spoon 1/2 cup rice onto center of each of 6 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil; top each with 1 chicken breast.

    Cover evenly with tomatoes, olives and dressing.

    Bring up foil sides.

    Double fold top and both ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

    Place foil packets in single layer in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
