- 1/2 c. creamed potatoes
- 2 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix potatoes and butter until smooth.

4Shape into balls the size of small eggs.

5Chill 1 hour. Dip in chocolate coating.

6Keep cold.

7You may add cake coloring to fondant.
