  • 2 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix potatoes and butter until smooth.

    Shape into balls the size of small eggs.

    Chill 1 hour. Dip in chocolate coating.

    Keep cold.

    You may add cake coloring to fondant.
