- 1/2 pound emmentaler cheese
- 1/2 pound gruyere cheese
- 1 cup white wine dry
- 3 tablespoons kirsch (cherry brandy)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions

1Grate cheeses.

2Rub Fondue Pot with clove of garlic.

3Add wine to Fondue Pot and heat to near boiling.

4Stir in grated cheese.

5If mixture is thin, add potato/corn starch.

6(Mix starch in a little water to avoid lumps.)

7Add Kirsch Wasser just before serving.
