- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 1/2 c. bread flour or all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Combine flour and salt in processor bowl and mix for a few seconds.

3Add dissolved yeast. With machine running, slowly pour in approximately 1 cup water.

4A soft ball of dough should form in a few seconds.

5If dough is too sticky, add flour a tablespoon at a time.

6If dough is too dry and ball does not form, add water a teaspoon or so at a time.

7Process about 1 minute after ball forms to knead dough.
