Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Sift together flour and yeast.

2Heat milk, oil, water, sugar and salt until warm.

3Using electric mixer, add liquid to dry ingredients.

4Add eggs.

5Blend with mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.

6Pour into three well-greased one pound coffee cans. Cover with lids and let rise to 1/2-inch from top of cans.

7Remove lids and bake 30 minutes in a 375° oven.

8Cool 15 minutes before removing from cans.

9Freezes well.
