- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 7 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Melt chocolate.

2Mix with sugar, milk, corn syrup and salt. Let come to rolling boil, then boil for 90 seconds.

3Remove from heat; add vanilla.

4Let cool slightly.

5Beat, then spread quickly. This icing covers a 9 x 13-inch cake or brownies.
