- 4 c. flour
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix flour, Crisco, sugar and salt with a pastry blender.

2Mix water, egg and vinegar and pour over flour mixture. Mix together and make a ball.

3Chill 30 minutes or up to 3 days in refrigerator.

4Also can be frozen until ready to use.

5Makes 5 (9-inch) pie crusts.
