  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Makes 4 pie crusts.

    Combine Crisco, flour and salt.

    In small bowl, mix egg, water and vinegar.

    Add to flour mixture, mixing well until dough forms a ball.

    Chill 15 minutes.

    Divide dough into four balls and roll out on well floured board.
