- 4 c. regular white flour
- 1 3/4 c. shortening (i.e. Crisco)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 large egg
Directions

1Combine flour, shortening, sugar and salt.

2Mix very well. Combine vinegar, water and egg and add to flour mixture.

3Mix with hand until it forms 1 large ball.

4Chill 15 minutes.

5Divide into 6 balls.

6Roll on lightly floured board.

7Makes 6 single crusts or 3 double.

8Unused

9crust may be frozen or refrigerated.
