- 1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening (not liquid)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1With a fork, mix together first 4 ingredients.

2In a separate dish, beat remaining ingredients.

3Combine the two mixtures, stirring with a fork, until all moist.

4Then mold dough into balls.

5Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling out.

6Makes 5 crusts.

7Lasts one week or freeze.
