Foolproof Stuffed Peppers

- 6 Green bell pepper
- 300 grams Combined ground beef and pork
- 1/2 Onion
- 100 ml Panko
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 Egg
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 dash of each Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 100 ml Water
Directions

1Finely chop the onion, and microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W. Let cool.

2Mix the ingredients together.

3Combine the ingredients from steps 1 and 2 with the ground meat, salt and pepper, and mix together very well.

4Wash the bell peppers, pat dry and cut in half.

5Remove the seeds while leaving the stem end on.

6Put the bell pepper halves and flour in a plastic bag, and shake well to coat the bell peppers.

7Stuff the peppers generously with the meat mixture, leaving no gaps.

8The meat should be mounded up above the pepper.

9Heat up a frying pan and add some oil.
-
10Line the peppers in the pan meat side down, and brown.

11With the peppers still meat side down, add the combined ingredients, cover with a lid and steam-cook.

12Take the lid off and reduce the sauce.
