- 3 pkg. cherry jello
- 4 c. water
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream the Crisco and sugar. Add egg yolks.

2Beat whites separately until stiff and fold into other ingredients.

3Add pineapple, nuts and vanilla.

4Line pan with graham cracker crumbs. Spread mixture on top of crackers.

5Put another layer of cracker crumbs on top.

6Pour partially congealed jello on top and let set overnight.
