Forest Fruit Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 cup Forest Fruits (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, ...)
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

Directions

    Heat water and sugar in a medium saucepan on medium-high heat, stir ocassionaly (about 3min)

    Let cool down to room temperature
  3. 3
    Mix your fruit and lime juice in a blender until smooth
  4. 4
    Add the cooled down syrup
  5. 5
    Pour in a freezer safe plastic container and put in the freezer
  6. 6
    Stir the mixture every 1-2h to make sure it stays as you want it to be
