  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 can consomme

Directions

    In 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan, spread rice.

    Place chicken on rice.

    Pour soup and consomme over chicken.

    Sprinkle soup mix on top.

    Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 250° for 2 1/2 to 4 hours.
