- 1 package of large Elbow noodles
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1 tbl sp butter or margarine
- 1/2 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of chicken/mushroom soup
- 2 tbl sp sour cream
- 8 oz pack of sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz pack of Colby Jack cheese
- 8 oz pack of Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz pack of Pepper Jack cheese
- 5 slices of Velvetta slice cheese
- pepper to taste

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Boil noodles according to package directions adding the oil. While the noodles are cooking, shred all the cheeses in a large bowl and mix together. When noodles are done drain the water off and pour into large baking dish. Add the butter and sour cream and mix well. Add cream soup and milk mix, mix well. Add shredded cheeses a handful at a time and mix well, take a slice of velveeta and put it in pieces and mix well. repeat this process, but remember to save enough shredded cheese to cover the top. After you cover with cheese, sprinkle pepper over the length of the pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let it cool 10 minutes before serving.
