  • 8 oz. bacon, cut up
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans with tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can butter beans, drained
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. ketchup or barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    In a medium skillet, cook bacon and onion until bacon is brown and onion is tender.

    Drain off fat.

    In a 2-quart baking dish, combine the bacon mixture and remaining ingredients.

    Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.

    Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.
