- 1 (17 oz.) can large lima beans
- 1 (17 oz.) can cut green beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can wax beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and vegetable oil.

2Shake until sugar dissolves.

3Drain beans, pour oil mixture over beans mix, cover and chill at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
