Ingredients

  • 1 (17 oz.) can large lima beans
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cut green beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can wax beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and vegetable oil.

    Shake until sugar dissolves.

    Drain beans, pour oil mixture over beans mix, cover and chill at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
