- No. 2 1/2 can sliced peaches
- No. 2 can red pie cherries
- No. 2 can crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- yellow and red food color
- bananas
- baked pie shells
- whipped cream
Directions

1Pour the fruits into separate saucepans, adding 1/2 cup sugar to each.

2Mix the cornstarch and water; divide among the three fruits in the pans and cook until thickened.

3Add food color and set off to cool.

4Then mix the three fruits together; store in refrigerator until ready to use.

5Layer sliced bananas in bottom of baked shells.

6Fill with fruit; top with whipped cream.

7Makes three 9-inch or four 8-inch pies.
