- 1 stick soft oleo
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 small boxes chocolate instant pudding
- 1 c. flour
- pinch of salt
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
- 3 c. cold milk
Directions

1Cream oleo, salt, flour and pecans with a fork.

2Press into 9 x 12-inch pan.

3Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

4Cool.

5For second layer, cream sugar, cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip.

6Spread over crust. Using low speed, mix pudding with milk until thick.

7Spread over second layer.

8Top with remaining Cool Whip.

9Sprinkle with pecans.

10Refrigerate.
