Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 stick butter
  • Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 11 oz. (one 8 oz. and one 3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 small instant chocolate pudding mix
  • nuts
  • grated Hershey candy bar

Directions

    Mix flour, pecans and butter well.

    Spread in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Cook at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Let cool completely. Mix Cool Whip, powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese well, then pour over completely cooled crust.

    Mix milk with pudding mix. Pour over second layer.

    Top with balance of Cool Whip.

    Top over Cool Whip with nuts or grated Hershey candy bar.

    Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
