- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. white flour
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cheese
- 1 c. nondairy whipped topping
- 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Directions

1Cut butter into flour as for pie crust.

2Add pecans.

3Press in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

5Beat cheese until light and fluffy; fold in whipped topping.

6Spread over crust.

7Prepare lemon pudding according to package, using 3 cups milk; spoon over cheese layer.

8Top with whipped cream. Chill for several hours or overnight.
