  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 stick soft margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. (3 oz.) instant pudding mix
  • 3 c. cold milk

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Blend next 3 ingredients well and spread on top of first layer.

    Mix pudding and milk and pour over second layer.

    Spread the rest of 9-ounce carton of Cool Whip on top.

    Garnish as desired.
