- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. 4x sugar
- large container whipped topping
- 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 9 x 13 pan that you want to serve the dessert in.

2Stir in flour and nuts, press into pan.

3Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

4Cool completely.

5Mix cream cheese, 4x sugar and half of whipped topping, spread over crust.

6Mix 2 packages of instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups of milk.

7Blend the pudding and milk for 2 minutes, let set for a few minutes then spread on top of cream cheese layer.

8Spread on the rest of the whipped topping.
