- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. instant Jell-O butterscotch pudding (any flavor pudding may be used)
Directions

1Mix well flour, butter or margarine, pecans, sugar and salt and pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.

2Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Cool.

3Mix well cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip and spread over crust.

4Blend pudding and milk.

5Spread on mix. Cover with Cool Whip.

6Refrigerate.

7Serves 16.
