Ingredients

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant Jell-O butterscotch pudding (any flavor pudding may be used)

Directions

    Mix well flour, butter or margarine, pecans, sugar and salt and pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Cool.

    Mix well cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip and spread over crust.

    Blend pudding and milk.

    Spread on mix. Cover with Cool Whip.

    Refrigerate.
