  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 1 medium yellow pepper
  • 1 medium orange pepper
  • 1 ounce extra virgin olive oil (give or take a bit)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried chili pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan (or to taste)
  • salt and pepper to taste
