- 1 c. sliced onion
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 4 c. sliced potatoes
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.

3Layer onion, carrot and potato over meat.

4Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper; pour over vegetables.

5Cover with aluminum foil.

6Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
