- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 4 sq. chocolate, melted
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. peppermint, rum or almond flavoring
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add chocolate; blend with beater. Add 1 egg at a time and beat well after each for at least 1 minute.

3Add flavoring.

4Pour into 12 paper lined cupcakes.

5Keep in refrigerator.

6When ready to serve, decorate with whipped cream, cherries, slivered almonds or crushed peppermint.
