  • 6 to 7 medium white potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
  • 1 to 2 large onions, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 lb. frankfurters

Directions

    Saute onions in a little butter until golden.

    Set aside. Drain sauerkraut and place on bottom of baking pan.
  3. 3
    Spread mashed potatoes over sauerkraut.
  4. 4
    Arrange frankfurters on potatoes. Arrange sauteed onions over frankfurters.
  5. 5
    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
