- 6 to 7 medium white potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
- 1 to 2 large onions, peeled and sliced
- 1 large can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 lb. frankfurters
Directions

1Saute onions in a little butter until golden.

2Set aside. Drain sauerkraut and place on bottom of baking pan.

3Spread mashed potatoes over sauerkraut.

4Arrange frankfurters on potatoes. Arrange sauteed onions over frankfurters.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
