- 350 g frans beans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed (zeera)
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 12 teaspoon garam masala
- 3 pieces green chili peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons green coriander (to garnish)
Directions

1steam the beans till tender.

2mix in butter while still hot.

3dry roast zeera in pan till it splutters, add beans, coriander powder, garam masala, green chili and salt.

4mix well stir over low heat.

5serve in a flat dish.

6sprinkle lemon juice over it.

7Garnish with coriander leaves.
