   Mix flour, butter and nuts.

   Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

   Let cool.

   Whip cream cheese.

   Add sugar and fold in topping.

   Spread over crust.

   Prepare pudding according to package directions and cool.

   Carefully spread over cheese filling.

   Spoon cherry filling over this and then add more whipped topping.

    Let cool for several hours before serving.
