Ingredients

  • 4 lb. ground beef
  • 4 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (12 oz.) bottles catsup

Directions

    Brown beef until red disappears.

    Add onions, garlic and celery and saute until tender.

    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.

    Skim off fat.

    Freeze.

    Reheat and serve on hamburger buns when needed.

    Makes 10 cups.

    This is good to have in freezer for unexpected company.
