  • sherbet or ice cream of your choice
  • Cool Whip
  • can be garnished with candied cherries, chocolate chips, etc.

Directions

    Cut cake once horizontally.

    Put ice cream or sherbet in between the layers.

    Place top layer on ice cream.

    Fill center with hole with ice cream.

    Use Cool Whip to ice the outside and top of cake.
