  • 4 quarts strawberries, fresh,hulled (whole or halved)
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 package dry dry pectin

Directions

    Mix sugar& pectin together.

    Add 1 c.

    at a time to strawberries, and stir.

    (may not need all of the sugar/pectin) The strawberries should set long enough to create their own juice (no harm in waiting an hour or more) Freeze in containers of desired size.

    The berries will stay firm!
