French Apple Pie

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 6 to 7 sliced apples (I use McIntosh or Jonathans)
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Mix sugar and cinnamon.

    Mix with apples; put into unbaked pie crust.

    Mix until crumbly the butter, brown sugar and flour. Spread on top of apples.

    Bake at 400° for 50 to 60 minutes.
