- pastry (for 9-inch pie)
- 4 or 5 c. apples, sliced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Fill pie shell with sliced apples, mixed with 1/2 cup sugar. To prepare crumb topping, cream butter and brown sugar, then cut in flour.

2Add chopped pecans and cinnamon.

3Sprinkle crumbly topping on top of apples.

4Bake at 425° for 50 to 60 minutes.
