  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 2 onions, carrots and potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 can or fresh mushrooms, drained
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 2 c. hot water
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix together in roaster or covered dish and bake at 325° for 3 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.

    Will be browned and all thickened.
