- 4 oz. powdered milk or 1 qt. milk
- 1 oz. sugar
- 1 oz. salt
- 1 oz. oil
- 1 oz. yeast
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Knead the dough.

3Allow to rise.

4Knead again and make into loaves.

5Make a slit into the center of each loaf, lengthwise.

6Brush the loaves with melted butter.

7Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
