- 4 unbaked pie shells
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 12 lb ground beef
- 12 lb ground pork
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 12 lb potato, boiled peeled & cubed
- 12 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions

1Set oven at 375 degrees.

2heat oil.

3saute onion until tender.

4add beef, pork.

5cook until meat is browned.

6mash potatoes until smooth (add enough milk or chicken broth to potatoes untl smooth).

7add to meat mixture and mix well.

8place in 2 pie shells.

9cover each pie with a top crust (use other 2 pie crust for top).

10bake ay 375 for 30 minutes until brown.
